Treeline
A database of the “pulse of trees”
Treeline stores trunk radial microfluctuation data for different forest trees species planted under temperate and tropical climates. The use of automatic microdendrometers allows to study a circadian signal at the individual tree level, which can be combined to daily climatic variation to study the tree response to environment.
Treeline gathers data acquired on different forest species as Pinus pinaster (Pineline) or Eucalyptus spp (Eucaline).
Data were acquired by a collaboration between INRAE (UMR BIOGECO) and CIRAD (UMR AGAP Institut) thanks to different funding LabexCote, FEDER NA, H2020 B4EST.
